Yet another OT shows why scientology is far worse than you can imagine. www.flippingfrenzy.com Goggle Herb and see how he has been ripping people off along with other scientologists in the name of their church for quite a while. Remember Reed Slatkin? en.wikipedia.org www.slatkinfraud.com Foreclosure Assistance Solutions, LLC of Florida, and its principal operators, Herb Zerden and Adolfo Quintero, as well as JWW Services, Inc., of California and owner John Woodruff, are prohibited from targeting and deceiving Texans who fall behind on their mortgage payments pursuant to a temporary injunction issued by the 408th District Court. In September, 2007, Attorney General Greg Abbott obtained an emergency restraining order and froze assets belonging to Foreclosure Assistance Solutions and its various operators. The temporary injunction issued this week extends the initial order, securing approximately $750000 in fees that the defendants charged more than 700 Texans who paid for its services. The monies will remain frozen pending further orders from the court. “This court ruling prohibits these unscrupulous ‘services’ from unlawfully preying on struggling homeowners,” Attorney General Abbott said. “Texans who fall behind on their mortgage payments should be very wary of anyone promising to save their homes for a large fee. I’ve actually no sympathy for anyone who falls for the bullshit propaganda dished out by Scientology or any other ‘religion’, it serves them right for being so fucking stupid in the first place. It’s a bit like the morons who believe some African they’ve never met iis gonna give them 3 million dollars then cry when they’ve lost thousands themselves!? Wake up fools!

  • 11Jamie11  says:

Whaaaaaat? The “victims” were just wogs, and besides, they’ll be back soon in their next lifetimes anyway. L. Ron Hubbard said so.

How clear is “Clearwater”? Well so far Scientology and FAS(probably one and the same or at least act the same) make the water undrinkable for my taste.

  • Kirnberger1  says:

Scientology is a haven for psychopathic criminals. Scientology is an evil cult that needs to be shut down.

Brought to you by the most “ethical people on the planet!” Dirtbag $cilons.

  • Wulfenbach  says:

exactly plus also consider these people have practically no money left to hire a lawyer for and to no money left to pay for legal fees this is the lowest thing i’ve seen scientology do this far :(

I was browsing the internet and found an article on the Times of London about Tom Cruise. One of the first comments was from ‘Herb Zerden’ of Clearwater. A google search of his name returned this as the first result. Now why would I think to google the name of a pro-Tom Cruise person from Clearwater? And what are the odds it would immediately reveal something criminal?

  • Tub3dYou  says:

P.S. Funny how youve just joined up to youtube (June 22 2008), and youve arrived onto this clip to try dispell how Zerden was a principal in the mortgage fraud operation.

  • Tub3dYou  says:

Uh, in case you didnt know, Foreclosure Assistance Solutions, LLC of Florida, and its principal operators, Herb Zerden and Adolfo Quintero, as well as J.W.W. Services, Inc., of California and owner John Woodruff, are prohibited from targeting and deceiving Texans who fall behind on their mortgage payments pursuant to a temporary injunction issued by the 408th District Court.

shows the scummy ppl in scf-fi-entology huh

  • Legionwizard  says:

I guess where there’s the deepest circle of hell where mutineers go, there’ll be a hole, in which there’s even bigger scum like for these people. Co$ knows no shame. It’s like Tom Cruise once said: “Show me the money!”

  • Tub3dYou  says:

Would it be because Herb Zerden is an OT and a scientologist near the very top of ‘the bridge’. Says plenty about an “applied religious philosophy”.
    Lurk MOAR

  • colwilpro  says:

I did not hear the word Scientology…so why the title?

  • kinghippo14  says:

I guess it’s hard to be ethical when your religion tells you that the meaning of truth is what is true for you.

  • Ogsonofgroo  says:

Another fine example of what these Co$suckers do to people, their immoral, unmitigated, and shameless greed knows no bounds.
If there is a hell I think the lowest depths are reserved for LRH and his Co$ cronies, rotten ba$tards!
